Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we confirm the return.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method. Since Fiona Kits only accepts Cash on Delivery.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or an alternative solution at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain craft supplies or partially used kits may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly communicated with each product listing.
